Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when You are and are not entitled to a refund for Your Postraft subscription. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. “Subscription” refers to Your paid access to the Postraft content, templates, and tools.

No Refunds

Postraft is a digital product. When You subscribe, You receive immediate access to the entire library of templates, Instant Reels, and tools, and content can be downloaded right away. Because of this, all fees are non-refundable, except where a non-waivable right to a refund applies under applicable law. We do not offer refunds or credits for renewals, for partial or unused billing periods, or for unused content.

Before subscribing, You can try Postraft for free - create Your first post at no cost to make sure it's right for You.

Cancellation

You can cancel Your subscription at any time through the billing section of Your dashboard. Upon cancellation, You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of Your current billing period, and You will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself entitle You to a refund.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle so that Your access is uninterrupted. Your next billing date is always visible in the billing section of Your dashboard. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time before the scheduled renewal date through Your dashboard.

How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Once a refund is issued, Your subscription will be cancelled and Your access to the Service will end.
